All products and services provided by DIXIE IRON WORKS, LTD. shall conform to the requirements specified by our
customers. Each employee and supplier is responsible for their input to design, procurement, manufacturing, support,
delivery, service or management provided.
The Quality Assurance Manager is assigned as the management representative and has the authority and responsibility
for definition, administration and review of this quality system and policy to ensure the continuous compliance to
API Specification 01 and ISO 9001. This position is authorized to resolve all conflicts between this quality system
and any other policies, procedures or operations within the company and implement the necessary changes. This authority
includes the organizational freedom to identify problems affecting quality, report problems, recommend corrective action
to responsible management levels, verify corrective action and control nonconforming material or products.
Quality system training will include orientation in this Statement of Policy for all employees at Dixie Iron Works, Ltd.
The Quality Assurance Manager shall verify implementation of the Quality System and Statement of Policy annually through
a Quality System Management Review.
