Dixie has been an ISO-9001 certified facility since June 21,
1993. Having the certification means our Quality System has successfully met the requirements of
ANSI/lSO/ASQC Q9001, the most comprehensive of the three quality standards set by the
International Standards Organization. The ISO 9001 certification is valid for all products
manufactured and all services conducted by Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. Acquiring and maintaining
the ISO-9001 certification reflects Dixie Iron Works, Ltd.'s continuous commitment of
assuring quality is an integral part of our daily business in providing product and services
to our customers.

Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. is an API 6A Q1 licensed facility as
evidenced by license No. 6A0001.1. Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. has a functioning quality program in
conformance with the API Q1 specification. All inspection, testing, and examinations ensure that
materials, products, and services provided by Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. conform to API specified
requirements. The API Spec 6A specification was written for manufacturers who wish to be
licensed to apply the API monogram to their equipment. The technical content of API
Specification 6A provides requirements for performance, design, materials, testing, inspection,
welding, marking, handling, storage and shipment. Products that fall under the scope of our API
license are as follows: Flanged Connections, Threaded Connections, Valves, Chokes, Tees, Crosses
and Crossover Connectors at PSL 1 through PSL 3.

Dixie Iron Works, Ltd., MSI Products Division, maintains Bureau Veritas (BV.) Type Approval Certification and Mode 1 for Design and Product integrity. Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. has undergone independent, third party reviews of product design in order to acquire Type Approval Certification for clients requesting Independent Review Certifications (l.R.C.). MSI Products Type Approval Certification assures our clients immediate certification in compliance with United Kingdom (U.K.) and Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (N.P.D.). Valves, Fittings and End Connections have been reviewed on the basis of the following:
