LT Valve Manual
The MSI technical manual is a guide for all aspects of valve maintenance. Instructions with pictures are available in the manual to aid while assembling or disassembling a valve. Additionally, the manual contains Internet links to some of the other accessories and products used in an MSI valve.

Our frequently asked questions(FAQs) are comprised of various questions presented by our customers, our agents, and our own employees during training.
This database of questions and solutions grows with our product line and customer base. The questions and answers are here to help you get a solution to your problem quickly and easily - with our help or on your own.
We strongly encourage the submittal of questions to be added to this list. We also encourage you to submit a solution that you discovered which solves a problem more efficiently than our answer. Quality Complaint
This form is to be used by customer’s wishing to express their complaints/concerns pertaining to MSI Products. This information shall be forwarded to the Quality Manager to process in accordance with Dixie Iron Works, Ltd. Operation Procedure 19-02, Field Non-Conformance Report. The Quality Manager shall determine whether the complaint/concern is either Significant and/or Non-significant. Complaints deemed Significant shall be processed in accordance with Operation Procedure 21-02, Corrective/Preventative Action Report. Once the report is completed a copy shall be forwarded to the customer. Those complaints initially deemed Non-Significant will be followed up with customer contact for further investigation.
