WHAT WE OFFER

LEVEL III RECERTIFICATION

MSI will continue to offer in-house Level III Recertification for the following products:

  • 3:16 Valve Line (Ask your MSI Sales Representative about our FREE recertification program!)

  • Dart Check Valves

  • Relief Valves

  • Flanged Valves (All bore sizes)

  • Large Bore Valves: 4”, 5”, and 7”

MSI in-house level III recertification free painting in your color. Dixie Iron Works Magnetic Particle Inspections by Level II certified inspectors are available upon request.

MSI’S RECERTIFICATION PROCESS

Every valve we recertify goes through a consistent, detailed inspection and rebuild process:

  1. Receive & count verification

  2. Complete disassembly

  3. Cleaning

  4. Visual inspection

  5. Wall thickness (UT) check

  6. Reassembly with new internals and a new, resilient seal

  7. Replacement of wingnut, nut retainers, and other components as needed

  8. Hydrostatic pressure test

  9. Banding - No additional charge

  10. Paint - No additional charge

Magnetic Particle Inspections by Level II certified inspectors are available upon request.
